What you're buying

You pay $24 for one AI-generated custom song (approximately 3 minutes), including MP3, WAV, a private gift page URL, and a printable lyrics card (PDF). The 3-Pack ($54) gives you 3 such songs. Extra Revisions ($12) give you additional regenerations beyond the 2 free ones per order.

Not thrilled with the song? We default to returning the song balance so you can generate a new one. If you want cash back to your original payment method, just email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll process a full refund, no questions asked.

Content ownership & commercial rights

Our music generation is powered by Suno via KIE. Generated-song usage rights are passed through only to the extent allowed by the current provider terms. Suno's current guidance for paid-subscription generations describes commercial use rights, but those rights remain subject to Suno's and KIE's current terms and any limits they publish. Under current US copyright law, works generated primarily by AI may not qualify for copyright protection. Song For You does not claim copyright over your generated songs. You can keep and share them, and you may use them commercially only to the extent the current provider terms allow.

For large-scale commercial use (broadcasts, paid advertising campaigns, film/TV syncing), please contact us at [email protected] for written confirmation of the rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Song For You to: (a) generate content about real public figures without consent; (b) create content that's sexual, violent, or hateful; (c) impersonate others; (d) harass someone; (e) infringe anyone else's rights. We run content filters on your story prompts and reserve the right to refuse to generate songs that violate these terms.

Delivery time

Typical delivery: 3 minutes. Occasionally AI generation takes longer due to queue load. If your song takes more than 24 hours, we automatically return the song balance so you can try again and email you. You can also cancel and get your song balance back from My Orders at any time while generating.

Gift page privacy

Each gift page has an unguessable URL. You control who sees it by controlling who you send the link to. You can delete the gift page permanently from My Orders (removes within 24 hours). See also our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Song For You is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
